Tender: Supply of Medical Gases & Liquid Oxygen for QAMC and Allied Hospitals, Bahawalpur (Framework 2026-27)

Issuer: Principal, QAMC, Bahawalpur (for QAMC and its allied institutions). Purpose: Re-tender for the purchase of medical gases & liquid oxygen for BVH, A&E, & Sadiq Abbasi Hospital, Bahawalpur for the financial year 2026-27 on a framework contract basis (manufacturer/importer/sole agent eligibility noted).

Key instructions and conditions:

- Tender processing and submission will be through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/ & Punjab E-Procurement System).

- Tender documents containing terms, conditions and detailed specifications can be obtained from the PPRA website and Punjab E-Procurement System.

- Earnest money / bid security is 2% of the estimated cost.

- Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended); single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure (Technical & Financial) as per rule 38(2)(a) of PPRA Rule 2014 will be applied.

- Firms under disciplinary action, defaulters or blacklisted by procuring agencies / PPRA will not be allowed to participate.

- Only firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments may participate.

- Procuring agency may accept or reject bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules; non-availability/allocation of funds may lead to cancellation or re-scrapping of procurement.

- Quantity may be increased or decreased as per PPRA provisions.
