CENUM (Mayo Hospital Lahore) Tender Notice No. 02/2026 – Stationery & Lab Supplies

Principal Administrator, CENUM (Inside Mayo Hospital), Lahore invites sealed bids on F.O.R. Lahore CENUM destination basis from reputable stocks/firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax Department, holding GST/NTN, and having their own offices and telephone numbers.

Tender documents are non-refundable and available from the office of the undersigned on any working day (except Sunday) from 08:30 to 12:30 hrs (Friday 08:30 to 11:00 hrs) on payment by CDR/Bank Draft/Deposit at Call in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, CENUM, Lahore. Submission follows single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Payment of tender fee should be made by CDR/Bank Draft/Deposit at Call; revenue affidavit on back of CDR/Bank Draft is required. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders on the basis of non-conformity to instructions and specifications.
