ETPB Lahore Tender: Repair & Provision of Tuff Tiles at Shamshan Ghat, Rawalpindi

Issuer: Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Lahore. Address: 9-Court Street, Lahore. Phone: 042-99211184. ETPB invites sealed bids under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure from reputable firms with at least five (5) years' relevant experience. Eligible bidders must be licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above and/or enlisted with ETPB in the relevant category valid for year 2026.

Required documents for purchase/submission: written application on firm letterhead, attested copy of CNIC, ATL certificate of FBR, PEC license or ETPB enlistment. Bidding documents to be purchased from the office of the undersigned during office hours on or before 2026-09-03. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of ETP Board, Lahore. Sealed bids must be dropped in the tender box in the office of the undersigned.

Submission deadline: Sealed bids to be dropped in the tender box on 2026-09-04 before 14:00; bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 in the presence of bidders' representatives. If the successful bid is found unbalanced, the department may require additional Performance Security equal to the difference between estimated cost and bid amount in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond from a rated insurer. Bidding documents will not be issued after the closing date or via post/email. In case of a public holiday, receipt and opening will move to the next working day.
