TEVTA Invitation to Bid — HR Services for OEP Project (Single-Stage Two-Envelope, e-Procurement)

Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA), Government of the Punjab, Lahore invites encrypted electronic bids under the single-stage two-envelope national competitive bidding procedure from active tax‑registered bidders on the Punjab e‑Procurement System for provision of HR services for the OEP Project - TEVTA.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System and with Income Tax and Provincial/Federal Sales Tax authorities.

- Bidding documents are available and downloadable free of cost from the Punjab e‑Procurement System and PPRA website.

- Encrypted electronic bids duly completed and in conformity with bidding documents must be submitted online on the Punjab e‑Procurement System by 10:30 AM on 2026-09-07. Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Bid security must be submitted online in accordance with PPRA and Punjab e‑Procurement rules. Bids will be opened online at the stated time.

- Bidders are advised to upload their e‑bids well before the deadline and to ensure compliance with e‑procurement procedures; TEVTA will not be responsible for any online submission issues caused by bidders.
