Tender Notice 02/2026 — Supply of Misc. Stationery, Sanitary & Lab Items for CENUM, Mayo Hospital Lahore

Issuer: Principal Administrator, CENUM (Center of Excellence in Neurology & Neurosurgery), Inside Mayo Hospital, Lahore. Sealed tenders are invited on F.O.R. Lahore (destination basis) from reputable stockists/firms/suppliers registered with the Sales Tax Department and holding GST/NTN, with their own offices and telephone numbers.

How to obtain tender documents: Specifications, terms and conditions are available from the office of the undersigned on any working day (except Sunday) from 08:30 to 12:30 hrs; on Friday from 08:30 to 11:00 hrs, on payment of the tender fee.

Payment and submission: Tender fee is non-refundable and to be paid by CDR/Bank Draft/Deposit at Call in favor of the Principal Accounts Officer, CENUM, Lahore. Tender documents must be accompanied by the prescribed payment instrument (revenue affixed on back of CDR/Bank Draft where applicable). Tenders must be submitted using the single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure.

Opening and other conditions: Received tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the given date and time. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders based on non-conformity with instructions or specifications.
