ETPB Lahore Tender: Repair & Provision of Tuff Tiles at Shamshan Ghat, Rawalpindi (DNIT Rs. 2,731,834)

Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure from reputable firms with at least five (05) years' relevant experience. Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above and/or enlisted with ETPB (valid for the year 2026).

Tender documents (non-refundable fee) may be purchased from the office of the Executive Engineer, ETPB Lahore during office hours on submission of a written application on the firm’s letterhead accompanied by attested copy of CNIC, certificate of ATL of FBR and PEC license or ETPB enlistment. Bidding documents will be issued to proprietors or legally authorized representatives upon production of proof of authority.

All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Call Deposit from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of ETP Board, Lahore. Envelopes should be dropped in the tender box in the office of the undersigned.

- Last date to purchase bidding documents: on or before 2026-09-03 (during office hours).

- Last date/time for submission: 2026-09-04 before 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

Other conditions: Bidding documents will not be sold/issued after the closing date or through post/email. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 33(1) of PPRA Procurement Rules, 2004.
