Banking Court Public Auction — Mortgaged Residential Plot in Karachi (11 Aug 2025)

Banking Court No. II, Karachi (Order XXI Rule 66 CPC, 1908) issues public auction notice in Execution No. 32 of 2022 in Suit No. 18 of 2018 between National Bank of Pakistan and Alfaro and Sons Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. The sale concerns a mortgaged residential plot described in the schedule (Sector No. 324, Karachi) offered for sale under court order.

The auction will be conducted by the Acting Nazir at Banking Court No. II, Block No. 50, Pak Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi.
