Public Caution Notice: Disputed Properties in Model Town, Lahore

Al-Hayat Law Chambers, on behalf of client Ammar Ahmed Khan, issues this public caution regarding disputed ownership, title and inheritance rights for the following properties in Model Town, Lahore: 92-A, 68-H and 37-H. The matter is contested among legal heirs and has not been finally settled.

All persons, including prospective purchasers, developers, tenants, financial institutions and other interested parties, are strictly cautioned not to buy, sell, transfer, mortgage, lease, create any charge, or otherwise deal with these properties without the written consent of the lawful heir or an order of a court of competent jurisdiction. Any transaction concerning these properties will be made at the party’s own risk.
