Municipal Committee Mamunkanjan invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for multiple improvement and rehabilitation works to be executed during the Financial Year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2026-27 and registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. All bids must follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2014 and Municipal Committee tender terms.
Key instructions: bidders must submit all required forms/tables, stamp and sign bidding documents, and submit bids electronically via the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete or doubtful bids will be rejected. The successful bidder must furnish performance security in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 before issuance of the Work Order. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable government taxes. The successful bidder is responsible for quality control tests at his own expense.
