Issuer: Section Officer (General), Higher Education Department, Punjab, Shahra e Quaid e Azam, New Anarkali, Lahore. Invitation for e‑bids on LOT basis for multiple supply and service packages. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax/registration authorities and comply with PPRA & Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement portal and accompanied by bid security (CDR) @ 5% of the estimated budget for each lot. Brand new/original goods must be supplied as per specifications; supply to Higher Education Department, Lahore within 15 days of Purchase Order or earnest money/security shall be forfeited.
