The Office of the Deputy Works & Chief Engineer (DW&CE), DCI Islamabad invites applications for Pre-Qualification and Bidding from firms/contractors enlisted with MES. Firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the shape of CDR / Defence Saving Certificates duly pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.
