DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad Tender Notice — Pre‑Qualification & Bidding for Miscellaneous Works (Aug–Sep 2026)

Issuing agency: Drawing & Works Engineer (DW&CE), Defence City Islamabad (DCI). Pre-qualification and bidding are invited from firms/contractors enlisted with MES; firms not enlisted with MES must attach 2% earnest money of the contract cost in the shape of CDR / Defence Saving Certificates duly pledged in favour of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad. Bidding documents will be issued to qualified contractors only.

Applications for pre-qualification and bidding will be received from 2026-08-28 onward until 2026-09-10. Sealed bids will be received in the office of DW&CE (DCI) Islamabad until 12:30 hrs on 2026-09-11 and will be opened the same date at 14:00 hrs in the presence of authorized representatives of firms. All bids will be received, opened and evaluated in the manner prescribed on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk).
