Issuer: Office of the Project Manager (Mega Projects), Local Government Projects, Government of Sindh. Tender Notice No. PM/LGP/GOS/171/2026 dated 27-08-2026 inviting single-stage, one-envelope tenders via the E-PAD system of SPPRA for road construction, widening and rehabilitation works in Karachi.
Eligibility: Eligible registered contractors/firms with relevant experience and valid registration with FBR, ATL, SRB, and PEC in the required category and specialized codes as specified. Tender fee is non-refundable. Bidders must submit E-Bids through the E-PAD portal and provide required bid security in prescribed form in favor of “Project Manager (Mega Projects), Local Government Projects, Government of Sindh”. Originals of documents must be produced when requested by the Procurement Committee.

Submission & Opening: E-Bids must be submitted through the E-PAD system by 2026-09-24 until 14:00. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-24 at 14:30. If tenders are not responded to on the above date, next date for uploading/submitting will be 2026-10-08 until 14:00 with opening at 14:30 on the same day.
Bid Security & Payment: Bid security must be provided as Call Deposit / Pay Order / Demand Draft / Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in the prescribed amount and uploaded with the E-Bid. Tender fee payment as specified above.
