Punjab Building Department invites e-tenders from Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and on the Punjab PPRA e-tendering system for maintenance and repair works. Bidders must register and submit bids through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System (ePADS). Bid Security (Earnest Money) equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the prescribed online/digital mechanism of the Punjab PPRA ePADS in accordance with PPRA rules.
Key submission and eligibility notes: contractors/firms must be registered with PEC and on Punjab PPRA; all documents and bid submission are via the ePADS portal; incomplete or offline tenders will not be accepted. Refer to the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement portal for full tender documents, registration and submission instructions. Issuing offices: Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Khushab and Superintending Engineer, Building Circle Sargodha.
