Issuer: Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle.
Purpose: Notice to all concerned about the claimed legal heirs of the late Mr. Muhammad Zaman Babry (S/O Ashraf Hussain Babry) in respect of his co-lessee 50% leasehold interest in Plot No. 6-A (Bungalow No.37), Survey No. 98/6-A, measuring 418.05 sq. meters, situated on Sarwar Road, Lahore Cantt. Anyone having objections to the proposed inheritance/mutation is required to submit them to the issuing office within 15 days from the date of publication.
Deceased: Mr. Muhammad Zaman Babry (died 03-03-2013).
