NIH Islamabad Tender: General Store & Stationery Supplies (NIH/(PPD)-07/2026-27 & NIH/(PPD)-08/2026-27)

National Institute of Health (NIH), Islamabad (Purchase & Procurement Department) invites bids from original manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, approved contractors and registered on the PPRA ePADS portal (new version 2.0) for supply on F.O.R. NIH Islamabad basis for the year 2026-2027. Bidding will be carried out under a single-stage, single-envelope system.

Important instructions:

- Bidders must upload tenders on the PPRA ePADS portal (new version 2.0). The last uploading and physical submission requirements are as noted by the institute; tenders will be opened on the same day in the Conference Room in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- Suppliers/vendors must submit earnest money in the shape of Bid Draft/Demand Draft in the Office of Director Purchase & Procurement before closing hours; bids submitted without required earnest money will not be considered.

- All firms must quote rates on the ePADS portal (new version 2.0). An original/hard copy (CD or as specified) must also be submitted in the Office of Director Purchase & Procurement, National Institute of Health, Chak Shahzad / Park Road, Islamabad, otherwise the bid will not be entertained. Contractors/suppliers must be registered on the PPRA ePADS portal (new version 2.0).

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA rules 2004.
