Notice of intended mutation of leasehold rights in favour of legal heirs of the deceased allottee.
Deceased allottee: Muhammad Arshad son of Ch. Ghulam Nabi (CNIC No. 33104-3263393-3). Allottee of Plot No. A-306, measuring 1500 sq. ft., situated in PMHS, Sanjwal Cantt. Deceased expired on 2008-08-30. Court decree (Civil Judge 1st Class, Jaranwala) dated 2023-03-23 and affidavit dated 2026-07-27 have been produced.
Anyone having objection to the proposed inheritance mutation must submit objections to the undersigned within 14 days from the publication of this notice; failing which mutation of leasehold rights of the above plot will be made in favour of the listed legal heirs and no further claims will be entertained.
