Supreme Court of Pakistan — Request for Bids (Procurement of Goods) SCP/02/2026-27/ITD

Issuer: Supreme Court of Pakistan (Chairman, Procurement Committee). The Supreme Court has reserved funds for procurements planned for FY 2026-27 and invites sealed e-bids for the contract referenced SCP/02/2026-27/ITD for procurement, supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of goods as specified in the bidding documents.

Procurement details and procedure: Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure will be used, applying the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique for subject procurement in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and the Supreme Court Procurement Regulations and Guidelines. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Manual/physical submission of bids will not be accepted.

Bid documents and registration: E-bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available on EPADS at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities (referencing opportunity id 105385). All interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to download documents and to submit bids.

Bid security & submission: All bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document and must follow the Bid Securing Declaration/Format specified in the bidding documents. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-Bidding documents.

Prospective bidders who are not registered on EPADS v2.0 should register via the EPADS portal. Follow EPADS guidance for e-bid submission and ensure all requirements in the bidding documents are met before the closing date.
