Purpose: Sealed tenders are invited for emergency work for the provision of certain facilities at a PAF Base. Estimated cost: Rs. 32.347 Million.

Eligibility and conditions:

• Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents along with complete credentials (as per serial 9 of the notice).
• Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient experience in the relevant field and meeting special conditions required for the job and area.
• All contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of their registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible.
• Only contractors on the approved list of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' with relevant experience should apply.
• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with a government department in any court of law and that no special report of the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
• Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening.
• The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
