M.E.S. (PAF) Samungli Tender Notice — Provision of Certain Facilities (Multiple Works)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of CMES (PAF) Samungli). Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004 for multiple works described as 'Provision of Certain Facilities of PAF "MM"'. Tender documents will be issued only after scrutiny of firm credentials; only firms with sufficient experience and meeting special conditions for the job/area will be issued documents.

• Contractors must submit application for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials (referenced as serial 9).
• Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department in any court of law, and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-Cs Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.
• Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible to apply.
• Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories A, B, C, and D with relevant experience should apply.
• Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening.
• The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 33(0) of PPRA Rules.
