Municipal Corporation Gujranwala invites e-bids for framework contracts for the financial year 2026-27. Bidding is open to contractors/firms/manufacturers/manufacturer-dealers registered with FBR, PRA (NTN/PNTN), Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Submission and opening:

- E-bids must be submitted electronically only through the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://epp.punjab.gov.pk.

- E-Bids submission date & time: 2026-10-15 at 11:00 AM.

- E-Bids opening date & time: 2026-10-15 at 11:30 AM.

Conditions and requirements:

- Each e-bid must be accompanied by a bid-security equal to 5% of the estimated price as mentioned above.

- No physical bid-security instrument will be acceptable; bid-security must be uploaded as required by the e-Procurement System.

- Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 will be followed.

- Bids must be complete, uploaded in PDF, and submitted before the stated closing time; late bids will not be entertained.

- The procuring agency may reject all or any bids as per PPRA rules; no conditional tenders will be accepted.

- The successful bidder will provide Performance Security (10% of the contract amount) within 15 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance, in the form of CDR or bank guarantee.

- Bids will remain valid for 120 days.
