Punjab Emergency Services Department Tender for 15,000 L AFFF (E-Procurement)

Issuer: Procurement Section, PPS Wing, Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Procurement of Aqueous Film Forming Foam (AFFF) through Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligibility: Manufacturers/authorized distributors registered with the tax departments in Pakistan. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit bids via the portal using the PDF upload method.

Procurement procedure: Single-stage two-envelope bidding as per Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (www.ep.punjab.gov.pk). No physical financial instruments (CDR, PO, Bank Guarantee) will be accepted.
