Eligibility and conditions (as stated):
- Three assignments of similar nature and complexity in the previous three years.
- Turnover of at least 20,000,000 PKR in the previous three years.
- Presence on Active Tax Payer List and valid Sales Tax certificate required.
- Bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Joint ventures (JV) are not permissible.
- Dealer must have 5 years' experience in sales and after-sales service.
- Required bid security and bidding document fee must be submitted as specified; failure to provide bid security will render a bid non-responsive.
- Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (GOB).
