Eligibility: Firms/contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration (Category C-6 or above) with the relevant specialized code; valid registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority; valid Income Tax registration and presence on FBR Active Tax Payer List (ATL); turnover for the last three years; and completion of at least 3 assignments of similar nature.
Documents & Submission: Bidding documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website (www.bppra.org.pk). Completed bidding documents with supporting copies must be delivered in sealed envelopes by hand or registered mail to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road, Quetta.
Closing & Opening: Last date for bid submission is 2026-10-08 by 09:00 am. All tenders will be opened the same day at 09:15 am at the Office of the Executive Engineer, Urban Planning & Development Department, Zarghoon Road, Quetta.
