Attach attested copies of: Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), Domicile Certificate, Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC Form‑D), Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates (if any), valid LTV/Driving License (for driver posts), two (02) recent passport‑size photographs. Government servants must apply through proper channel and submit No Objection Certificate (NOC). Candidates applying under Differently Abled Persons quota must attach a Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority.
Other important instructions: Separate applications must be submitted for each post. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview. The number of vacancies may be increased, decreased or withdrawn as per competent authority. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
