| Key Responsibilities |
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, timely preparation of financial statements and reports; coordinate internal and external audits; supervise and train the accounting team; review transactions, identify improvements and resolve discrepancies; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain accurate accounting records; assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow monitoring; perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations. |
| Required Skills | Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and accounting software; strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting; analytical and communication skills; experience managing audits and general ledger activities. |
