Pakistan Railways Moghalpura — Invitation to Bid via ePADS (Multiple Supply Tenders)

Issuer: Divisional Superintendent Office, Pakistan Railways, Workshops Moghalpura (Lahore). Pakistan Railways invites sealed bids through the ePADS/e-procure system for multiple small supply packages to meet operational and maintenance requirements of the Moghalpura Workshops.

Eligibility & procedure: Firms registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) may participate. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be followed. Only bids submitted through the ePADS (e-procure) platform will be entertained; however, bid security may be uploaded on ePADS and submitted physically before closing in the office tender box as directed in the bidding documents.

Scope & schedule: The advertisement lists multiple tender/bid numbers for supply of various workshop items (examples include flush valves, ball bearings, air-diffusers, stainless steel items, oil seals, bearings, electrical and mechanical spare parts, rubber items, tools and consumables). Each package has its own tender number, brief description, closing and opening time. Closing/opening dates vary by package (detailed lot-wise schedule is provided in the advertisement).
