University of Okara – Invitation to Bids for Repair, Maintenance and Construction Works

Issuer: Chief Engineer, University of Okara. The University invites sealed bids under the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure from PEC‑registered engineering firms/contractors on an item‑rate basis for the works listed below. Bidding documents are available free of cost and may be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and the Punjab e‑Procurement system.

Key instructions:

- Procurement will be conducted under Clause 38(1) (Single Stage – One Envelope) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

- Bidders must be registered contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council and registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System. Manual submission of bids/manual bid documents will not be accepted.

- Bid security (earnest money) amounts are shown against each work in the table above and must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e‑Procurement System; manual instruments (CDR/Bank Guarantee) will not be accepted.

- Bidding documents and further information are available from the Office of the Chief Engineer, University of Okara, and may be downloaded from: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e‑Procurement portal.

- Submission deadline: bids must be submitted via the Punjab e‑Procurement System by 2026-10-15 at 12:30 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 01:00 PM as per e‑Procurement schedule.
