NPPMCL Invites EOIs for Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors for Three Years from FY 2026-27

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) invites Expressions of Interest from reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for a three-year term commencing FY 2026-2027. The appointment will follow a Quality and Cost Based selection under Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010. NPPMCL operates RLNG-based power plants at Balloki (District Kasur) and Haveli Bahadur Shah (District Jhang).

Only firms meeting specified criteria — including proof under section 247(a) of the Companies Act 2017, entitlement under Audit Oversight Board Regulations, valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, minimum 20 years’ practice with satisfactory ICAP QCR rating, recent audit experience of listed, public sector and energy-sector companies, and required staff strength (at least 15 Chartered Accountants and eight partners by 31-12-2025) — will be shortlisted. RFPs will be issued to shortlisted firms. Submit EOIs signed by a partner with authenticated documentary evidence via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 24 July 2026, 11:00 AM (EOIs opened same day at 11:30 AM).
