Pakistan Railways (Project Implementation Unit, ML‑1 Project) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed international consulting firms, or international firms in association with national firms, for consultancy services for Project Management and Construction Supervision for the Upgradation of Pakistan Railways Main Line‑1 (Karachi–Rohri section) — Package No. PR/ML‑1/CONS‑1. The assignment supports overall project implementation, construction supervision, contract administration, and specialist inputs for signalling, telecommunications, track works, bridges and civil works, quality assurance, environmental and social safeguards, and health and safety.
