MUET Jamshoro Tenders: AI & Cyber Security Lab Equipment and Bio‑Medical Dept. Repair (Closing 2026-10-12)

Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro invites e-tenders from eligible contractors, firms, parties, suppliers, manufacturers and sole distributors registered with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) for the following works. Bidders must meet tax registration and SPPRA eligibility conditions.

Key Submission & Eligibility Notes

- Bidding through SPPRA e‑tendering portal (EPADS) as per MUET/ SPPRA regulations. Electronic bids will be received online; manual bids are not acceptable except where explicitly allowed.

- Bidders must be registered with FBR (Income Tax), SRB (Sales Tax where applicable) and Pakistan Engineering Council where required. Relevant documentary proof required.

- Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of Call Deposit / Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of the Deputy Director (Procurement), MUET, Jamshoro as specified in the tender documents.

- Procurement method: Single‑Stage Two‑Envelope for Sr. No.1; Single‑Stage One‑Envelope for Sr. No.2. Specific experience and turnover requirements apply (see tender documents).

- Bidders must not be blacklisted; affidavit and required supporting documents must be uploaded. All other terms & conditions and specifications are available in the e‑bidding documents on MUET/ SPPRA portals.
