Pakistan Railways Tender – Up-gradation of 30 Unmanned Level Crossings (Lahore Division)

Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore (Chief Engineer / Open Line) invites sealed bids on the prescribed documents for the up-gradation of thirty (30) unmanned level crossings into manned level crossings on Shahdara Bagh – Sangla Hill and Faisalabad – Shorkot sections (Lahore Division). Bids must be submitted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by eligible firms registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Submission & eligibility: Only bids submitted online via EPADS (https://www.epads.gov.pk) will be accepted. Original bank guarantee (in favour of FA & CAO/PR Headquarters, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore) must be delivered physically as required by bidding documents. Bidders must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and comply with PPRA rules. Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
