E-Auction: Parking Fee Collection Rights 2026-27 – Rawalpindi Cantonment Board

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB). E-auction for disposal of Parking Fee Collection Rights for the year 2026-2027 will be conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Version 2.0 in accordance with PPRA rules.

Key actions: Interested bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0, be on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and submit bids electronically via EPADS. Bid security: Each bidder must submit a bid security of Rs. 14,000/- (Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt) in favor of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt. A valid token obtained from the Rawalpindi Cantonment Board Office is required to participate. The original bid security instrument must reach the RCB office before the bid closing date/time. Cash payments are not accepted.

Duration and payments: The awarded contract will be for a period of one (01) year. The successful bidder must deposit 25% (one-fourth) of the annual auction amount immediately after approval as part of contract formalities; additional installment and security terms apply as per RCB terms & conditions. Fee collection must follow rates approved by Rawalpindi Cantonment Board.

Important schedule: The e-auction will remain open until 2026-10-05 at 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened/evaluated online the same day at 03:30 PM. (All participation must be through EPADS v2.0 accounts.)
