A photocopy of the Bid Security must be attached with the Technical Bid. One sealed hard copy of the Technical Bid must also be placed in the tender box at the office of Dy. CEN/Track, Lahore. |
Additional notes: Only bids submitted through EPADS will be entertained. Bidders must register on EPADS and comply with bidding instructions. Bids without the original bid security will not be entertained. Pakistan Railways reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
