Military Engineer Services (HQ DW&CE (DP), GHQ Rawalpindi) invites applications with credentials for pre-qualification of firms/contractors and issuance of tender documents for multiple construction, rehabilitation and related works at various cantonment and defence sites (including HIT Taxila Cantt, Kamra PAC and sites in Rawalpindi area) in accordance with relevant PRA rules.

| Bid security | For non-MES enlisted firms, 2% bid security (refundable) is required as stated. |
| Tender issue/receipt | Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms. Completed tenders are to be submitted to HQ DW&CE (DP), GHQ Rawalpindi; receipt and opening times are given in the notice (submission at 1130 hours and opening at 1200 hours on the specified closing date). |
| Other conditions | Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting office reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with PRA rules. Firms must have no outstanding D&E recoveries as per notice. |
