Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. The Ministry invites bids from reputable manufacturers and/or authorized dealers for supply of giveaway items for Hajj pilgrims (Hajj‑2027). Procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the e‑PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS, Version 2.0) as per the terms and conditions available with the bidding documents.
