Issuer: Municipal Committee Kamalia. Municipal Committee Kamalia will hold a public auction for the constructed Cricket Arena located at Zeeshan Colony, Kamalia.

Auction date & time: 2026-09-28 at 11:30 AM. Venue: Office of the Administrator, Municipal Committee Kamalia. Auction supervised by the Auction Committee as per Auction of Collection Rights Rules, 2016 for a period of one year (2026-2027).

Participation requirements (must be submitted before auction time): CNIC copy, lease/license registration, and security amount in the shape of a CDR (not adjustable) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Municipal Committee Kamalia. Only registered and licensed contractors may participate in person. Authority letters will not be accepted. Unsuccessful bidders' CDRs will be returned after the auction.

Important eligibility and conditions (selected):

1. Persons who are defaulters of Municipal Committee Kamalia dues, blacklisted by Municipal Committee Kamalia or other organizations, declared ineligible to enter into contracts under law, or declared bankrupt are not eligible to participate.
2. Successful bidder/contractor must pay installments as per the contract terms in advance every month; legal action will follow for delay or non-payment.
3. Call deposit must be in the name of the bidder in favor of Municipal Committee Kamalia; open call deposits are not acceptable.
4. Remaining conditions are available for inspection at the Municipal Officer (Finance), Municipal Committee Kamalia during office hours. The competent authority may accept or reject any bid without reason and the auction committee may amend conditions on the spot. No offers will be accepted after the auction.
