Archroma Pakistan Ltd Declares 450% (PKR 45/Share) Cash Dividend — Record Date 2026-01-24

Archroma Pakistan Limited has announced a final cash dividend of 450% (PKR 45.00 per ordinary share) as approved by the Board of Directors on 2026-01-14. Eligible shareholders must ensure their identification and bank details are updated to receive the dividend.

Important instructions for shareholders:

(2) Physical (certificated) shareholders must submit a copy of their CNIC (individuals) or NTN (corporates), and provide bank account details including IBAN to the Company’s share registrar or the Company in order to receive the dividend electronically.

(3) Withholding tax will be applied to the dividend payment in accordance with applicable tax laws. Shareholders should ensure they are registered filers and that their CNIC/NTN records are correct to obtain the appropriate tax treatment.
