Eligibility and key conditions (summary):
- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with valid renewal for fiscal year 2026–27 and possess the required PEC category for civil works.
- Active registration with IESCO (as applicable) and prior experience in similar works is required.
- Bidding procedure: Single Stage – Single Envelope (E-Bidding). Bidders shall obtain bidding documents and submit bids through IESCO's e-procurement / e-PADS platform as per instructions in bidding documents.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost in the shape of Pay Order/CDR in favour of Executive Engineer Civil Division IESCO Islamabad (as specified in bidding documents).
- Successful bidder to furnish performance security (as per tender terms, typically 10% of contract value) and execute contract in accordance with tender conditions.
- Taxes, duties and other statutory obligations will be applicable as per Government rules; detailed terms & conditions are in the bidding documents.
