Power Planning & Monitoring Company (PPMC) invites applications for the position of Company Secretary. PPMC provides policy and technical support to the Ministry of Energy (Power Division) and is responsible for integrated planning, development and monitoring of Pakistan's power sector.

Key Responsibilities	Ensure compliance with SECP Code of Corporate Governance, SOE Act and other applicable laws. Organize and manage Board, Committee meetings and AGMs; prepare agendas, circulation of papers and minutes. Facilitate Board–management–regulator communications; support Board composition, director appointments and induction. Maintain knowledge of Companies Act 2017 and relevant regulatory framework (SECP, NEPRA, PPRA, Power Division). Maintain statutory registers, file returns, safeguard corporate records, seals and incorporation documents. Record resolutions and corporate actions; advise on governance, conflicts of interest and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Experience	Member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries or professional accountants; OR Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or Law from a HEC-recognized university. At least five (5) years post-qualification experience in company secretarial/corporate governance matters with large commercial organizations. Sound communication, judgment, discretion and ability to handle confidential information; familiarity with power sector regulatory framework.
Remuneration & Age	Market-based competitive package commensurate with qualifications and experience. Maximum age limit: 45 years as on closing date. No TA/DA admissible.
