E-Tender: Repair Water Supply Turbine, Babar Road — Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan (Deadline 2026-10-15)

Issuer: Office of the Municipal Committee, Nowshera Virkan, Distt. Gujranwala. Chief Officer / Administrator, MC Nowshera Virkan.

Single-stage, two-envelope e-tendering is invited for work under the Budget Allocation 2026-27. Tender/bidding documents must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement system dashboard by 2026-10-15 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-10-15 at 2:30 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan in the presence of contractors or their representatives.

Eligibility: Registered contractors on the Punjab e-Procurement system and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for Financial Year 2026-27.

Earnest money: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR in favour of Municipal Committee Nowshera Virkan. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee by 01:00 PM on the same day (2026-10-15), otherwise the firm/contractor will be disqualified.

Selection method: Least cost. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. If any forged documents/CDR are submitted, legal action will be taken as per applicable law/rules. Bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security according to PPRA/Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated period after acceptance of the tender; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of deposited money.
