The Supreme Court of Pakistan invites sealed e-bids from eligible bidders for procurement of goods (reference: SCP/02/2020-27/ITD) including procurement, supply, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning on a turnkey basis. Procurement is funded from the Supreme Court's FY 2020-21 allocations and will follow the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2004.
Single-Stage Two-Envelope (single stage, two envelope) procedure will be used with evaluation based on Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must include the required Bid Security and other documents as specified in the bidding documents. Manual submission of bids is not accepted — all bids must be submitted through the government e-procurement portal (EPADS v2.0).
