Wah Industries Limited (WIL) invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Managing Director to lead sales, marketing, manufacturing and trading operations and to manage the company in accordance with the Companies Act 2017 and company procedures.

| Key Responsibilities | Overall management of the company, implementing strategy and policies approved by the Board, arranging efficient utilization of funds and resources, safeguarding company interests, managing operations, sales, marketing and business development. |
| Minimum Qualification | Graduate degree from a reputable institute or a relevant professional qualification relating to the principal line of business (manufacturing, mining, science, technology, agriculture, social sciences, etc.). Alternatively, membership of a recognized body of professional accountants or a recognized businessman with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent. |
| Experience | Demonstrated post-qualification experience of 15 years with at least 10 years in senior-level positions commensurate with the role in a commercially oriented organization. |
| Contract & Salary | Selected candidate offered a three-year contract with market-based salary and other negotiable perks commensurate with qualifications and experience. |
| Application Requirements | Complete and sign the application form as per Annexure (per Public Sector Companies (Appointment of Chief Executive) 2015 guidelines). Submit CV, copies of degrees/testimonials verified by the Higher Education Commission, and a declaration on non-judicial stamp paper as per Annexure. Provide evidence of fitness and propriety as required by the guidelines. |
