| Minimum Qualification | Graduate degree from a well‑reputed institute or a relevant professional qualification in the company’s principal lines of business (e.g., manufacturing, mining, science, technology, agriculture, social sciences) or membership of a recognized professional accounting body; or a recognized businessman/professional with a postgraduate degree in business administration or equivalent. |
| Experience | Demonstrated 15 years' experience with at least 10 years at senior leadership level in comparable organizations; proven track record in sales, marketing, business development and team leadership. |
| Contract & Remuneration | Selected candidate will be offered a three‑year contract with market‑based salary and other negotiable perks and privileges commensurate with qualifications and experience. |
