Tender: Rehabilitation/Improvement of Dar‑ul‑Sukna to Old Bypass Chiniot Road, District Jhang (3.45 km)

Punjab Highways Department (Own Source Receipts Schemes) invites e-tenders from eligible PEC-registered engineering firms/contractors for the rehabilitation/improvement of Dar‑ul‑Sukna Road to Old Bypass Chiniot Road, District Jhang (length 3.45 km).

Key conditions: bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with a valid renewed PEC licence for FY 2026-27 and must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost and Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount (if lowest evaluated bidder) must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (link with BOP) in favor of the Executive Engineer, Highway Division, Jhang. Physical instruments (CDR, pay order, draft, cashier cheque, etc.) will not be accepted. False/fabricated documents will result in disqualification. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.

Submission & opening: Bids must be uploaded via the Punjab e-Procurement portal. After uploading, contractors may attend the bid opening at the Office of the Commissioner, Faisalabad Division on 2026-10-05 at 1100 hours.
