Re-Tender (E-Bidding) — Women & Children / Liagat Memorial Hospital Kohat: Car Park Auction & X-Ray Film Supply (2026-2027)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, Women & Children / Liagat Memorial Hospital, Kohat.

Call for re-tenders through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) from eligible bidders registered with FBR (Income Tax & Sales Tax) for jobs for the year 2026-2027. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for works/services.

Bid submission deadline: 2026-10-12 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS (http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual submissions will not be accepted. Original CDRs for each job must reach the office of the undersigned before the bid opening date & time.

Approved rates will remain valid until 2027-06-30 under KPPRA rules. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications and other information are available in the e-bid solicitation documents on the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk). The Hospital Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as provided under Rule 47 of KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014.
