MNFSR Tender: Annual Supply Contract for Stationery, Printer Toners & Misc. Items (Closing 2026-10-05)

Issuer: Ministry of National Food Security & Research (M/o NFS&R), Government of Pakistan. The ministry invites electronic bids for an annual running contract (on an "as and when required" basis) for supply of stationery, computer stationery (toners for printers, photocopiers & fax machines) and other miscellaneous items. The contract period is stated up to 2026-06-30 and may be extendable until finalization of the next tender.

Eligibility and conditions: Firms must be well-reputed/general order suppliers, original manufacturers, authorized dealers or stationers registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders should have their own offices/shops/stock in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and will be required to sign framework agreement(s) with the selected bidder(s) as per tender terms.

How to obtain & submit bids: Tender documents, including item lists, specifications and terms & conditions, are available for download from the Ministry website and PPRA portals and bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS (e‑procurement) system. No manual/e-mail bids will be accepted. The bid security (Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit) must also be uploaded (scanned copy) through EPADS and the original instrument submitted physically to Room No. 412, 4th Floor, Block C, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad by the closing date/time. Bids without bid security will not be entertained.

Other notes: Single-stage, one-envelope procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 applies. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids in whole or in part as per applicable procurement rules. Quoting abnormally low or high rates may lead to disqualification.
