Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Multan invites sealed bids for the supply of medicines and vaccines for WASA Multan employees (in‑service and retired). Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e‑Procurement System in accordance with Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Registered suppliers/contractors on the Punjab e‑Procurement System and registered local chemists/druggists (wholesalers or retailers) operating in Multan are eligible to participate.

How to apply
Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (www.pppunjab.gov.pk). Technical bid hard copies/documents must be delivered to the office of the Director Administration, WASA Multan at the address below by the stated deadline. Bidders must follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure as per the bidding documents.
Financial & contract conditions
Bid security: 2% of estimated cost (Rs. 700,000). The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the total contract amount as specified in the bidding documents. Bids will be valid for 120 days from the date of opening (extendable).
Eligibility & other requirements
Only suppliers registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System are eligible. Preference for registered local chemists/druggists operating in Multan. Bidders must comply with all requirements and submit required documents as per the bidding documents. Manual submission without e‑procurement registration is not allowed.
