Municipal Corporation Gujranwala (Chief Officer) invites e-bids from contractors/firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and registered with FBR, PRA (NTN/PNTN) and Pakistan Engineering Council for the following eight civil works schemes for FY 2026-27. Key submission details:
- E-bid submission deadline: 2026-10-10 at 11:00 AM. E-bids opening: 2026-10-10 at 11:30 AM.
- All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the estimated price as stated above. No physical bid-security instruments will be accepted; bid security must follow e-Procurement requirements.
- Eligibility: Contractors/firms registered on the e-Procurement system and with relevant tax and PEC registration as specified.
- Procedure: Single Stage Single Envelope (SSSE) e-bidding in accordance with PPRA rules. Bidders must complete and authenticate their electronic profile and upload required documents (PDF) via the Punjab e-Procurement portal: https://epp.punjab.gov.pk.
- Performance Security: As per PPRA Rules, the lowest evaluated bidder must submit Performance Security/Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receipt of the offer letter (CDR or Bank Guarantee acceptable).
- Bidders are advised to read full bidding instructions and PPRA provisions on the e-Procurement portal. The Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Gujranwala is the issuing authority.
