Issuer: Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
PRCS invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed, qualified and experienced consultancy firms to provide consultancy services for the proposed PRCS Model Training & Development Centre for Youth & Volunteers in Islamabad (NHO/NHQ).
Scope: Site/structural feasibility assessment; architectural and detailed engineering design; preparation of tender-ready procurement/construction packages; and construction supervision. The design assignment is expected to be completed in approximately 6 weeks from contract commencement (supervision component excluded).
Eligibility: Consultancy firms with relevant experience are invited to submit Technical and Financial Proposals in accordance with the Tender Documents and Terms of Reference.
